Usable floor space of 29,000 sq.ft., replacing the existing Harrison Abramovits' 1953 Alcoa Building with usable floor space of 15,000 sq.ft.

Notes the floor-to-floor height of 15 ft. 10 in./ 4.8 m. (ceiling height of 11 ft. 6 in./ 3.5 m.), the raised-floor system, the "suspended" sunscreen, and the window cleaning -- "boom" -- crane on the roof.
